MARKET TALK:

Spot Silver Downside Risks Seen -Commerzbank

Spot silver is lower again in Europe, continuing to fall
after slipping to its lowest level since Oct. 21 Monday. Commerzbank says not
only have silver ETFs been recording strong outflows but, "what is more, China
imported a 'mere' 250 tons of silver in October, 26% down on the year-on-year
figure and the lowest figure since February." In contrast to gold, Commerzbank
now expects continued downside risks for silver, at least in the short term.
Spot silver down 2.7 cents at $31.568/oz.
